Anne Floros

M.Eng., P.Eng.

Meet Anne.

Anne Floros is the Founder and CEO of Floros Concept. After graduating from the University of Toronto with a M.Eng. and B.A.SC. in Civil Engineering and working at a Toronto engineering firm, Anne became a founding associate of a start-up engineering firm in Toronto and contributed to its growth from a three-person building envelope department  to a 17-person team over a ten year period. During her time at Engineering Link, Anne worked on such notable projects as replacing the 100-year-old copper roof and restoring the 1930s historic facade along Philosopher's walk at the Royal Ontario Museum. During her two decades’ experience in building envelope engineering, Anne has worked in virtually all sectors and throughout all stages of the project, leading historic and contemporary masonry restoration, curtain wall, window and cladding remediation, and roof replacement.

Anne is an avid educator and guest lecturer at the University of Toronto. She taught and co-produced course content for the “Existing, Heritage and Sustainable Buildings Program” at Ryerson University. Her work has been published in Green Roof Systems, Condominium Magazine.
